Do It Yourself Packages

If you like the satisfaction of cooking your own spit roast, but you just don’t want the hassles that come with it, then our do it yourself spit roast packages are for you. We take care of all the hard work for you, preparing the meat, setting up the spit, getting the meat turning, leaving you the easy part of topping up the charcoal and carving the meat once it is done. We also provide you with detailed instructions on how to maintain the cook and how to know when the meat is ready to be carved. Not requiring staff on site for the duration of the cook saves you money, gives you the added satisfaction of doing it yourself and will be sure to impress your guests. 
Please note, that you require a responsible adult on site for the entire cook.

Disposable plates, cutlery and napkins are not included in the package, however we can arrange these for you for an additional $0.70 per guest for a set - These are high quality and eco friendly, wooden cutlery and plates made from bamboo fiber.
